Android will be Android from Google version 8.0 after Android Nougat. Revealed in March, the operating system is currently in its fourth developer preview, however, without a codename.
To date, Google has not officially revealed what the “O” in “Android O” represents, while many believe it could be Oreo. In fact, in a file captured by Android Police, Google accidentally revealed that the version will be called Oreo. However, it will only be confirmed on 21 August.
