With a hat-trick of successes — Krishna Gaadi Veera Prema Gaadha (KVGP), Mahanubhavudu and Raja The Great — to her name, Mehreen Kaur Pirzada is thrilled! “I’m very pleased with the results, but I just want to keep up the good work. I am not someone who relies on my past laurels. I only thrive on excellence. I had a great start to my career and I am thankful to the Telugu audiences who accepted me,” she says.
The young actress adds that her upbringing always keeps her rooted. “I come from a traditional and conservative family and my road to success hasn’t been easy. I had to slog a lot, therefore I never let success get to my head or take things for granted. I value every moment of my journey,” shares the actress, who, despite the success of her debut film, took a while to sign the second one.
“I was anxious since nothing substantial came to me, but I wasn’t desperate. I patiently waited for the right script and I’m glad it’s paid off now!” adds Mehreen.happy wheels
