In his maiden full budget for the new state, Telangana government today proposed a total expenditure of Rs 1,15,689 crore, including off-plan expenditure of Rs 63.306 million rupees for 2015-16.
The fiscal deficit is estimated at Rs 16.969 million rupees. Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) Hyderabad Metro Rail (HMR), Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage (HMWSSB) have received Rs 526 million rupees, Rs 416 million rupees and Rs 1,000 crore, respectively.
An amount of Rs 4.932 million rupees has been proposed for medical and health services.
