Reportedly Pawan Kalyan has received over 2 Crore as advance from producers of Srimanthudu. Although the advance has been paid longtime ago, the movie hasn’t materialised. Going into details, producers were supposed to do a film in Attarintiki Daredi combination and had paid token amount to both Pawan Kalyan and director Trivikram Srinivas way back then. But that didn’t materialise then.
Instead, Pawan-Trivikram combination went to producer Radhakrishna with whom Trivikram share personal bond. Rumours in industry had it that both Trivikram and Pawan at one stage have returned their advances to the production house for not able to keeping their word. But this has been sorted after Trivikram agreed to do another film for the banner.
In compensation to Pawan’s film, Trivikram has agreed to do a film with Mahesh Babu on Mythri Movie Makers. This will be Mahesh Babu’s 26th and it has been locked. Even the producers paid advances to both the director and superstar.
Now, the confirmation is pending from Pawan Kalyan. As he is yet to give nod to the production house. The latest is that Pawan has finally confirmed to do a film for Mythri but when it’s going to take off is a moot question. Even the project is yet to get a director.
