Defections at YSR Congress has been recovering as the general elections are scheduled to happen in less than two years. After Shilpa Mohan Reddy, another popular leader appears to be willing to join the Main Opposition. He is none other than Nadendla Manohar!
Manohar represented the Tenali Assembly constituency in Guntur district between 2009 and 2014. He served as President after Congressional High Command elected Kiran Kumar Reddy as Rosaiah’s replacement as United AP’s Chief Minister. He faced defeat in the 2014 polls in the Ticket Contest. As the Congress party has not recovered so far, Manohar is seriously considering the decision to join the YSR Congress before the 2019 polls.
Even recent comments from Manohar’s father and former CM Nadendla Bhaskar Rao provided a clue that such a possibility can not be ruled out. Mr.Rao predicted the formation of YSR Congress Government after 2019 Polls as people want to see Jagan as CM. He also offered zero marks for Chandrababu Naidu as CM during his 3rd period.
