When it comes to custom Android interfaces, Xiaomi’s MIUI is one of the most prominent interfaces with a balanced interface and limited bloatware. With the advent of Android Nougat, Xiaomi fans were expecting a new MIUI based on the latest Android. Xiaomi announced the arrival of MIUI 9 a few days ago and now the MIUI world forum has leaked a preview of MIUI 9 before its official launch later this month.
The forum has uploaded two screenshots of the upcoming MIUI 9 and at first glance, the aesthetic does not seem to be very different from the current MIUI 8. However, look closely and you will notice a package of renewed icons and a new widget of time . The forum has not loaded the screenshot of the bookmark or notification center.
The default interface now looks more funky and playful than the latest version but still manages to retain the elegance of MIUI 8. This indicates that we could see a completely redesigned notification center and interface from the setup menu as well Like standard applications such as Bookmark, Contacts, File Browser and others.
It is expected that the MIUI 9 will be launched on July 26, 2017, along with the launch of a possible mid-range smartphone with the name Xiaomi Mi 5X. Once released, MIUI 9 is expected to run on most of the Xiaomi smartphones released after Mi 2 / 2s.
