Akkineni Nagarjuna has been in a hot shape these days with the selection of scripts and performances as well. The actor delivered box office hits like Soggade Chinni Nayana, Manam and hit like Oopiri. Although his Om Namo Venkatesaya did not work at the box office, the film is said to be one of the actor’s best performances in his career.
Now, the actor is preparing to release his next film, Raju Gari Gadhi-2 in Diwali. The film has been planned for a release in August, but as VFX’s work and a release schedule is still pending, the manufacturers have decided to postpone the film to a later date.
Director Ohmkar is making the film and Seerat Kapoor has already finished doubling his part as well. Few days of filming with Nagarjuna, which the actor asked to re-shoot will be fired and will be completed by the end of July. Sources revealed that Samantha will be playing an interesting character and she had a great working relationship with Nagarjuna.
The film is scheduled for release on October 13 and a teaser will be released on August 29th on the eve of Nagarjuna’s birthday. The actor has seen the first cut recently.
