The creators of “Gautham Nanda” announced Sunday that the movie Telugu has emerged as the grossest in the career of actor Gopichand.
In an official post, the creators said the film coined Rs 25 crore in its first week in cinemas around the world.
Directed by Sampath Nandi, the film features Gopichand in a double role. A role features Gopichand in his elegant avatar yet.
Gopichand shed about 10 kg to play a reckless millionaire. A stylish flew out of Mumbai to look after his appearance in the film.
The story of the film is based on the classic “The Prince and the Pauper”, but with a contemporary twist.
Also starring Hansika and Catherine Tresa, the film features music by S. S. Thaman.
