Ap High Court Issues Notices To Tekkali Mla Acham Naidu Due To Election Petition On Against Him

The YSRCP candidate has filed an election petition in the High Court of Parakrama Tilak seeking to abolish the election of Telangana MLA Kinjarapu Achenennadu of Srikakulam district. Responding to this, the High Court has issued notices to several people including Achchennaadu. It stated that the relevant persons had to answer the notices issued by Election Petition No. 6 on October 17. Congress candidate Chinthada Dilipkumar, BJP candidate Hanumanthu Uday Bhaskar, Janasena candidate Kanti Kirankumar, Forward Bloc candidate Chandrashekhara patnayak, In addition, the YSRCP has ordered the concerned persons to attend the court with adequate information to ascertain whether the candidate is entitled to receive the complaint.

Telangana TDP MLA Kinjaruppu Achneenayudu said in an affidavit filed by the YCP candidate Parada Tilak that the affidavit of the criminal case against him during the nomination was not disclosed. In his petition, Tilak said that on July 21, 2017, a case was registered against him at the Hirehal, Anantapur district, where he was the 21 accused. It is alleged that Achchennadyu hid the details of the case from being revealed in the election nomination certificate.

The petition filed by election agent AS Vidyasagar on behalf of Chandramouli said Chandrababu did not disclose his income details in the affidavit during the nomination. The High Court, which accepted the petition, issued notices to Chandrababu.
