After ‘Guntur Talkies’, we are going to witness another film with Guntur connection. Rocking Star Manchu Manoj’s new film has reportedly been titled ‘Gunturodu’.
Manoj has already been shooting for this movie and the unit has reportedly wrapped up a major part of the shoot. As the film is set in the backdrop of Guntur, ‘Gunturodu’ title has been finalized. An official announcement on the title is expected shortly.
‘Kanche’ fame Pragya Jaiswal is playing the female lead in this movie being directed by Satya. Sampath is playing the villain and his confrontational scenes with Manoj are said to be the highlight of the film. Manoj is essaying an energetic youth who indulges in fights with others for very small reasons. His characterization is said to be the backbone of the film. Makers are planning to release the film in December.
Manoj has been simultaneously shooting for another film titled ‘Okkadu Migaladu’. He is playing a revolutionary in it. The actor has been going through a rough patch lately and he hopes to strike back with these contrasting movies.
