The proposals would be called for the construction of the Assembly, the Secretariat and the Supreme Court in three phases, Dr. Narayana said, adding that separate tenders would be requested for the laying of foundations, construction, final designs and interiors. The works will be completed within a year and a half, the minister said.
The estimated cost for the construction of the new capital has not yet been decided.
