Balakrishna is fast becoming a joker in the pack. His manner of speaking, public address and his mannerisms are not simply downright annoying, they are even prove problematic for his own party.
On Wednesday, he campaigned for the TDP in Nandyal, which is now facing the elections. He hesitated, stammered, spelled bad names and even forgot the political context in which the bypoll stands. It’s another question that crazy fans are clapping and shouting loudly, whatever their speech. But, the most demanding voters have difficulty digesting what it says.
For example, he called Silpa Chankrapani and Silpa Mohan Reddy as traitors and twists, barely noticing that the ministers Bhuma Akhila Priya and Amarnath Reddy, standing by his side, were also kings. They became ministers after they deserted YSRCP.
Unlike Silpa Chakrapani, who offered to resign from the council before joining the YSRCP, they still continue as YSRCP MLAs, despite being ministers. But, Balayya did not even pale an eyelid while saying all this. The ministers standing next to him writhed uncomfortably.
