India is a hot market for the smartphone market and COMIO – a Chinese manufacturer of smartphones launched in China in 2015, has come out with its line of smartphones for India. Smartphones fit into the budget category under Rs 10,000 with individual focus on construction, audio and battery life.
The COM1 S1 sports a metal unibody in two variants of the color – real black and gold of the sunrise. The smartphone carries a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP selfie camera. It has a 5.2 inch IPS HD screen, front fingerprint sensor, 2GB RAM and a 2700mAh battery. The smartphone is priced at $ 8,999.
The COM1 P1 comes with a 5000 mAh battery. Available in a color variant Metal Gray and Sunrise Gold, it also comes in a metal body. There is a 5.5 inch HD screen IPS display, fingerprint sensor, 3GB RAM, 13MP rear camera and a selfie 8MP camera with the flash screen. The company claims that it can do 24 hours of talk time and a 30 day standby time. P1 is available in Rs 9,999.
The C1 COMIO is focused on audiophiles with a budget with Hi-fi music functionality. The smartphone is available in Mellow Gold and Space Black variants and sports a 5-inch HD IPS screen and an 8MP rear camera along with a 5MP selfie camera.
All three smartphones run on a 64-bit Quad-core MediaTek chipset, with 32 GB of internal memory and 4G VoLTE enabled. The smartphone will be available exclusively on offline channels.
