New Delhi: Two girls under 6 and 8 on Friday “pretended to be dead” after a 22-year-old man raped and strangled them to cheat the accused.
An NDTV report said the assailant was arrested on Saturday, while both were in the hospital.
“We have arrested Pankaj Kumar, a factory worker, for allegedly raping the girls. It was produced before a court in Delhi and sent to 14 days of judicial custody,” said DCP (Rohini district) Rishi Pal.
