New Delhi: About eight cabinet ministers arrived Thursday at the residence of BJP President Amit Shah in Delhi.
According to ANI, BJP’s Gujarat election Arun Jaitley and co-chairs NS Tomar, N Sivaraman, J Singh, PP Chaudhary held a meeting with Amit Shah.
Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said on Thursday he would not be serving for a long time as Defense Minister.
Jaitley received additional charges from the Ministry of Defense when Manohar Parrikar became the Prime Minister of Goa in March 2017.
Responding to a question about his mandate as defense minister, Jaitley said: “At least I hope not too long.
A reorganization in the cabinet has been due for months. Two key ministries were opened after M Venkaiah Naidu was appointed Vice President. The Ministry of Environment was reassigned as an additional charge following the death of Minister Anil Dave.
