The High Court has imposed the arrest of Krishnamilan Rao, the car owner and video games company, in a bio-diversity flyover accident. Telangana police have made it clear that he will not be detained till January 3. The incident which caused a sensation in Hyderabad was held on Thursday (December 12) in the High Court. On this occasion, the High Court asked the police as to how the case could be filed under Section 304 (2) of the Accident.
Krishnamilan Rao’s lawyer has already filed a case in court on the road accident. At the time of the accident, he was driving a car with a speed of 40 kmph. There are two dangerous turns on the bridge. Two people have already died on the flyover.
On the other hand, the Volkswagen Polo, which was run by Krishnamilan Rao at the time of the accident, was speeding at 104 kmph, according to police. The High Court heard the arguments of both parties and stayed till January 3 on the arrest of Krishnamilan Rao, who was driving the car during the accident. Until then, Ayan was ordered not to be arrested. The next hearing has been postponed to January 3.
The tragic accident occurred on November 23 on the newly available biodiversity flyover in the city. The speeding car hit the bridge railings and fell abruptly. At that time, a woman named Satyawani, who was waiting for an auto on the road, was struck by the car and she died on the spot. Six others were injured in the accident. Krishnamilan Rao, who was driving the car, sustained injuries due to seat belts.
