HYDERABAD: Telangana BJP leaders have alleged that the agreements and the works being taken to the next Godavari Pushkarams were far from satisfactory when the 12-day festival is scheduled to begin on July 14.
Speaking at a press conference on Thursday, the president of the BJP G Kishan Reddy accused the state government of shoddy works. 800 different works were taken to pushkarams only aimed at benefiting contractors affiliated with the ruling party, he alleged.
Require a meeting of all parties to study the issues, Kishan Reddy alleged that there was a major problem coordination between different government departments. He demanded the government to appoint an official of the NIC to streamline the arrangements.
Accusing the government of carrying works of inferior quality with respect to the definition of access roads ghats, he said three teams BJP leaders visited several ghats puhskar allow getting to know the works in progress.
BJP floor leader in the State Assembly K Laxman alleged that the costumes have not been built and access roads were full of potholes. BJP leader advised the government to make the best use of time for the remaining two weeks.

Hyderabad: To clear additional rush of passengers during Pushkarams, the South Central Railway will run 361 special trains Godavari Pushkaram. -Secunderabad special train will depart from Secunderabad Bhadrachalam Road at 11:00 am, July 19 and 26 and reach Bhadrachalam Road at 17:00 pm the same day. In the return direction train will depart from Bhadrachalam Road at 16:30 on July 20 and 27 and arrive at Secunderabad at 22:30 pm the same day. Secunderabad-Mancherial special train will depart from Secunderabad at 4:45 pm in July 13,14,15,16,17,19,20,21,22,23,25, and 26 and arrive at 10:00 hrs Mancherial the the same day. In the return direction, which will start at 17:45 hrs in July Mancherial 13,14,15,16,17,19, 20,21,22,23,25 and 26 and arrive at Secunderabad at 23:15 hrs the same day. Mancherial-Kazipet special train will depart at 11:10 hrs in July Mancherial 13,14,15,16,17,19,20,21,22,23,25 and 26 and reach Kazipet 13:40 hrs on the same day . In the return direction, the train will depart at 14:10 hrs 13,14,15,16,17,19,20,21,22 Kazipet in July, 23.25 and 26 and arrive at 16:45 hrs Mancherial on the same day.
Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Thursday criticized the officials of all departments failed to meet the expectation of the State Government ahead of Godavari Pushkarams-2015.
He asked all officials to fall in line or leave the place where they are working. “I have given the funds are more than sufficient, indiscriminate powers and sufficient time to complete Pushkaram works. From now on you have to fall in line and act the way you need to complete the work. I will not listen to anyone . When Mayor Rajani P. Rajahmundry brought his knowledge about not taking corporators in confidence by Commissioner J. Murali, the Prime Minister asked the Commissioner to coordinate with each corporator.
