Hyderabad: A guardian has been arrested for allegedly abducting and raping a girl under 16 in Hyderabad.
Sanjeeva police Reddy Nagar arrested BTech 24-year-old student Bhavani Shankar on Friday for allegedly kidnapping and raping his 16-year-old student.
According to Waheed Uddin, Police Commissioner Inspector SR Nagar: “We have received a complaint from the victim’s father that his 16-year-old daughter has been abducted and raped by a 24-year-old Bhavani Shankar who was his father’s tuition teacher Daughter before. ”
He added that “we have registered a U / S 376 case and 366 IPC and taken the accused person into custody, more investigation is underway.”
