Maruti Suzuki Celerio Limited Edition introduced
Since its introduction in 2014, the Maruti Celerio has been very popular in its segment. And now, to make it more special, Maruti has presented the Celerio Limited Edition. The Limited Edition Celerio has a large number of accessories inside and outside. Mechanically, nothing has changed, and new accessories can be used with any variant of Celerio.
What is included in the kit? On the exterior, there is chrome trim on the fog lights, headlights, taillights, tailgate and window doors. If that is not enough for your taste, additional accessories include designer body graphics, side moldings, rear parking sensors and a set of door visors. Inside the cabin, you get a set of two-tone seat covers, matching steering cover, a cylindrical tissue box and ambient lighting in the footwells. Cost Rs 11,990. The company claims that at this price, the kit costs about 40 percent less than its actual cost.
In 2015, a diesel engine was introduced to make the Celerio more attractive. However, it was far from Maruti’s best efforts in terms of NVH levels. Therefore, it was removed from the Celerio line a few months ago. Currently, the car is only available with a 1.0-liter, 3-cylinder engine that produces 68PS of power and 90Nm of torque. It is coupled to a 5-speed manual or an automatic transmission of gears.
