MAT September 2015: exam dates announced
The schedule for the Aptitude Test (MAT) 2015 Management has been released by the Association of All India Management (AIMA). The review is scheduled to be held later this year in September. The paper and pencil test based will be held on September 6 and the line based examination will be held on September 12.
Eligibility criteria:
Candidates must be graduates in any discipline. They should have obtained the degree from a recognized university or institution
Students who are currently in their final year of graduation are also eligible to apply
Application procedure: Interested candidates and candidates can apply online at the official website of the AIMA, www.aima.in.
Application Fee: Candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs 1200. Payment can be made by credit card or debit card, banking network, demand draft or cash in any nodal center AIMA.
Paper pattern: The pattern of MAT September 2015 paper mentioned below:
MAT is divided into five sections with 40 questions each. These are:
Language Comprehension (duration-30 minutes)
Math Skills (duration-40 minutes)
Data Analysis and Sufficiency (duration-35 minutes)
Intelligence and Critical Reasoning (30 minutes duration-)
Indian and Global Environment Facility (duration-15 minutes)
The test will last for 150 minutes, and take a total of 200 questions.
The Management Aptitude Test is conducted for admission to business schools for other management and MBA courses. It was introduced in 1988 as a standardized test and was approved as a national level test by HRD Ministry in 2003.
