More than 200,000 glossy iPhone cases recalled after burn reports
More than 20 people have reported being permanently marked by a chemical burn or skin irritation due to leaking iPhone cases glistening, the Independent reported. Some of the cases were noted to be cases by Victoria Secret designer, Henri Bendel or Tory Burch brand.
“One consumer reported permanent scars from chemical burns and another consumer reported chemical burns and swelling in his leg, face, neck, chest, upper body and hands,” the US Consumer Product Safety Commission wrote in a note Of the press.

According to the BBC report, MixBin’s Liquid Glitter cases have already been removed from the UK’s Amazon site, but some of them still appear to be available on the UK eBay website.
