In the past Nani worked in the production department as a partner for ‘D for Dopidi’ movie. However, he hasn’t involved in that and when he joined, the shooting was almost completed. He was just a co-producer for namesake. So, we can’t say that as his production debut.
But now, Nani collaborated with new director Prasanth Varma and is producing a movie titled as ‘Awe’. Eversince the title got announced, the audience are very much excited about the project. Even the promos are also very different and are grabbing the attention of the audience. The teaser of the movie is already released and the makers are going to unveil the trailer on January 31st. The team has recently announced that Awe is gearing up to hit the theatres on February 16th. They announced the release date in poetic way by quoting ‘Cinemalandu Awe cinema veraya. Vishwadabhi rama.. vinara vema..” On the other hand Krishna Ghattamaneni’s daughter Manjula’s Mansuki Nachindi is also scheduled to get released on the same day.
So there is going to be a clash between these two films. Kajal Agarwal, Nithya Menon, Regina Cassandra, Avasarala Srinivas, Priyadarshi, Murali Sharma, Eesha Rebba are playing vital roles in the film. Let’s wait and see if ‘Awe’ can impress the audience or not.
