Popular Villain Ponnambalam made his comeback into Tamil Nadu Politics. Now, This former AIADMK Member prefers working in BJP instead of regional parties.
Ponnambalam joined the saffron party in the presence of Union Minister Pon Radhakrishnan in Chennai. He claimed BJP is the only party capable of offering good governance. ‘As none of the other parties were really concerned about addressing the plight of common man, I took the decision to join BJP, ‘ he told to reporters.
The Senior Actor states he have the responsibility to take the policies and welfare/development schemes of Centre into the people. Responding on the political crisis in Tamil Nadu, He opined AIADMK lacked the discipline which was practiced when former Party chief’s MGR and Jayalalithaa were alive.
In a career spanning several decades, Ponnambalam acted in over 1,000 feature films in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi. He began his career as a stuntman and played man villain in countless films during his career.
