The movie is finally set to hit the screens on January 25 after steering through so many hurdles. The makers had to change the title to ‘Padmavat’. Akshay Kumar’s latest film ‘Padman’ is also releasing on the same day so, ‘Padmavat’ has tough competition at the box office.
‘Padmavat’ lead actors Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Shahid Kapoor are not attending any promotions and they are not even coming before the media to talk about the film. Why are they not promoting the film? A unit member from ‘Padmavat’ team revealed that they have decreased the promotional activities to avoid unnecessary controversies. It is known that Karni Sena is trying hard to stall the movie release.
They are happy that the film is releasing finally so the team doesn’t want to make the things complicated just before the release. The expectations are high on ‘Padmavat’ as well as ‘Padman’. We have to wait and see which of these two will be the box office winner.
