Four convicts in Nirbhaya case will be executed soon. The prisoners in the Buxar Jail are preparing the execution. Authorities are searching for a man hanged in the Tihar Jail for lack of execution. “I am ready to execute them,” said Talari Jalad of Meerut Prison in UP. He said he was ready to go to Tihar when prison officials ordered him. UPDATE: Tihar Jail has received a letter from the Tihar Jail in response to reports that the field is preparing for the death sentence. It says that two talismans should be prepared. Anna Kumar, Lucknow Additional DGP (Prisons), said Talari of Meerut was ready because of them.
Talari Jalad (55) from Meerut told PTI that he had no information on who the executioners were. He said that they are now in the wake of news that Nirbhaya will be executed. Jalad also said that he has not received any information from the Meerut jail authorities so far and will return to Tihar Jail within 24 hours.
Nirbhaya’s mother, however, insisted that they were still fighting for justice. She told the media on Friday that she wanted to execute the accused on the day her daughter died. Nirbhaya Doshi filed a petition in the Supreme Court challenging the filing of a review petition. He said on this occasion that he would fight for justice until he was executed for the brutal murder of his daughter. The Supreme Court will hear the petition filed by Nirbhaya’s mother on December 17. On the other hand, the Delhi court heard the December 18 arguments in the petition seeking the death warrant of the four convicts.
