WWE style teen dies in street fight in Hyderabad, the body exhumed
Hyderabad: In a shocking incident, a student was allegedly killed during a fight in the style of the WWE by a group of teenagers tried to project it as a traffic accident. The body of a teenager was exhumed and an autopsy performed Monday. Amid tight security, police with the help of tax authorities exhumed the body of 17-year-old Mohammed Nabeel Barkas his grave in the cemetery in the old city of Hyderabad. A team of doctors and forensic experts performed an autopsy on the body in the cemetery.
Police have arrested seven children, all minors. The incident occurred in Panjesha in the old city of Hyderabad early on 3 May, but came to light on Sunday after the family of the victim filed a complaint with the police.
A child who witnessed the fight and filmed it on her mobile phone revealed to the police how Nabeel, a student at Level 12, collapsed during the fight. The shocking images were beamed on television channels. Nabeel after it collapsed, the boys took him on his motorbike to the hospital but died on the way. The group informed the family that Nabeel fell off his bike because of attacks. He said the way the boys hide the cause of death was a serious matter and the police investigate the incident from all angles. He refused to reveal the names of the defendants because they are all minors. A group of about 15 youths reportedly present when Nabeel and another boy punched each other. The group had organized a similar struggle WWE and had even placed bets on who would win. Nabeel’s parents have demanded severe punishment of those involved in the murder of his son. Parliament last week approved a bill to amend the law to try juveniles accused of heinous crimes as adults.
The police for their part, are not waiting for the autopsy report for further action in this sensational case. Although Nabeel died in fighting organized by a group of young people who hid the true cause and convinced his family that suffered an attack of epileptic seizures and fell from his bike. Nabeel, a student of class 12, was buried the same day. He dastargir his father Mohammed, who returned from Dubai, where he works as a driver, became suspicious when Nabeel’s friends gave contradictory statements about the cause of death. He went to the police, seeking an investigation into the death of his son. The actual cause of death of Nabeel came to light on Sunday when a video taken by a deadly fight teen was shared Whatsapp and spread in social media. Police swung into action and arrested seven youths. Some minors were also arrested. In the video, Nabeel was seen repeatedly hit on the temple and chest by a young man identified as Owais Patel (19). Those arrested include Omer Baig (20), which had organized the struggle, and the dollar Waseem (20), who acted as referee. Police said Nabeel was reluctant to fight, but the other guys caused him to make abusive comments. Owais, who had previously defeated two boys, hit 20 hits in Nabeel, which collapsed. The boys went to a private hospital in the area, where he was declared brought dead. They cooked the story suffered convulsions and fell off his bike.
